If you indicate that you do not wish to use our services, no response will be linked to you as a person. We only use this information to calculate averages so that you can compare your answers with those of thousands of other people who took part in this survey. When you fill in your contact details, it is possible that an independent Herbalife member will contact you. However, completing this survey does not guarantee that he/she will contact you. All data are stored on a secure server owned by Sonho BVBA or by third parties. Your details are only accessible to the owner of this site and to Sonho BVBA.
